Fun and Genuine Mountain Bicycling-Biking on Your Own

I would like to pass on to all real mountain bike riding friends who plan to explore
some parts of northern Thainland
probably around Ching Mai that here is a good book
of mine, to perhaps start with, for maps and trails you all might enjoy
because this territory is truly another heaven
to enjoy biking, believe me.

The book also actually guides riders to see the high mountainous countrysides
in northern Thailand in the vicinity of Chiang Mai and its great
national park of Doi Suthep-Pui which is as well near the habitats
 of the Hmong hill-tribes.

Please join me in search for more and more
good trails that we all can share.

Happy Riding,

Here please check out some of these links of what are said about it if prefer:

From the book: here is one of the awesome downhill trails starting at
Doi Pui summit in the Doi Suthep-Pui national park in
Chiang Mai, northern Thailand.
Don't miss it.

Ready! find out more about these routes
91, 95, 99 via Google Map
and Google Earth

Now flying over northern Thailand in Chiang Mai
with us here, our book

Thailand's Chiang Mai the Bird's Eyes Views
of the Ancient Communities

this book takes viewers to see the city of Chiang Mai
in truly another great perspective of hundreds of aerial photographs,
taken since the year 1998, totally different from Google Earth-Map.

" ..........Good city planning, suitable public transportation can reassure that
the remaining charm of the great old city of Chiang Mai would be
conserved for the next generations............"
M.L.Chititewan Devakul, 1998

Enjoy and Happy Landing,

Now When It comes to Classic Cars

Chaing Mai, Thailand, allow me to say that this is also a place where classic car lovers
can really enjoy driving, especially in winter time here
about between November to February.

Local classic car clubs here are also active.
As well as classic car garages which are specifically set up to do complete and
total restoration jobs for all models: the quality and the price are so much
reasonable and amazingly more than worth the money.
For one sample good link: http://lannaclassiccars.com

The mountainous countrysides around here and the small snaked
paved back roads up and down in the big forested areas are so awesome.
I really enjoy mine - What about you?

Alfa Romeo Giulia Super 1966, very classic dash board showing
big and truly sporty speedometer and RPM indicator
in a perfect position for the driver behind its
superb designed-steering wheel with
the legendary Alfa logo.

It's just a clip of my
Giulia Super 1966 for my good viewing and memory at any time I like to see
but no time to start it up. The original engine has been modified
with racing cams and pistons along with the webbers 45.
The result is as we can hear the sound of the engine and RPM rev. that is so
responsive as well as powerful just ike a really good Italian
song of the ancient lute!!!.

" Genuine connoisseurs of Alfa all end up with Giulia,
believe me!!!!!." Written:  M.L.Chititewan Pete Devakul

" Drive the way you want, corner the way you never dream you could
with renowned Alfa's road holding and feeling ability !!!."
Written: Pete Devakul

In case anyone likes this:
As I remember when I first organized the first Alfa Romeo Owner's Club
of Siam back in 1993 in Bangkok at Tridhos City Marina,
the Italian ambassador to Thailand
also honorably joined our first gathering arriving in the 164 3.0 V6.
According to my old files just found made from Windows 1.0 here are the
 objectives of the club:
* To conserve old - vintage cars and engineering and the Alfa Romeo(s) for
pleasure and for the next generation.
* To take part in helping to solve traffic problems by encouraging good,
 respectfully, and lawfully driving.
* To serve as a source & center for automotive engineering knowledge
and to encourage safe and correct driving and auto maintenance.
* To help and to raise awareness of economical use of energy and resources.

* To conserve environment and resources.
* To participate in short and long term activities which
 will benefit the general public.
Cheers,

  5. The sound of the engine of the Alfa Romeos is like Italian ancient song of the lute - a classical music. Some hear it as good Jazz music of speed too.
